The service

LiveMemories lets you create cards that join a photo and a video, play the video when you point your phone at the printed photo, organise cards in albums and share them. It is provided by Eduardo Quesada Sevillano, Barcelona (Spain). By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can delete it at any time from the app (Profile → Delete account).

Your content

• Your photos and videos are yours. You only give us the permission needed to store them, process them (for example, to compress videos) and show them to you and to the people you share them with.
• You must have the right to use the content you upload, including the consent of the people who appear in it.
• Do not upload illegal, violent, sexual or hateful content, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may remove such content and close the accounts involved.

Cards and purchases

• Each account includes one free card. You can buy more cards in the app; purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and their refund policies apply.
• A purchased card is a place for one card while it exists: changing its photo or video is free, and deleting it frees the place for a new one.
• Receiving cards shared by others is free. In shared albums where others can add cards, each person uses their own cards.

Sharing

When you share a card or album, the people with the link can see it. You can remove their access or cancel unused links at any time. If you delete a card, the people you shared it with will no longer see it.

Inactive free cards

To keep the service sustainable, if an account that has never bought cards has not opened the app for 18 months, and nobody has viewed its cards during that time, those cards (photo and video) are deleted. The free card remains available if you come back. Cards of accounts that have bought cards are never deleted for inactivity.

Availability and liability

We work to keep LiveMemories available and your content safe, but the service is provided “as is” and we cannot guarantee that it will always be free of interruptions. Keep your own copies of the photos and videos that are important to you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; if the changes are important, we will let you know in the app. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
