Delete your LiveMemories account

From the app

1. Open LiveMemories and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete account.
3. Confirm twice. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Send an email to support@livememories.app from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete account”. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm it by email.

What is deleted

• Your account, name and email.
• Your cards: photos, videos and their details.
• Your albums, the links you shared and your access to cards and albums others shared with you. People you shared with lose access to your cards.
• Your activity and your data from previous versions of the app.

What is kept

Records of your purchases (product, date and store transaction), which we must keep for accounting and tax purposes for the period required by law. They are no longer linked to an account.
